🚚 Delivery & Shipping

How quickly will I receive my order?

If you order by 12:00 PM, 95% of orders are delivered on the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free. For European countries, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Which parcel service do you use for delivery?

Depending on the item, we ship with either DPD or DHL. You will receive a tracking email with your tracking number after shipment.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return the item – no questions asked.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

We cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a free return label from us.

How long does a refund take?

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 business days to your original payment method.
